Mosaic Miami Beach

Mosaic, a 20 story oceanfront condo tower located in Miami Beach’s mid beach area, was developed by WCI Communities and designed by Fullerton Diaz Architects, and built in 2006. The 84 units consist of two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 1,354 to 2,749 interior square feet, many of which are accessed via private elevators. 

Downstairs, residents find amenities such as 24-hour concierge services, 24-hour security, a media room/theater, a well-equipped fitness center, men’s and women’s saunas, a club room, a hot tub, and an oceanfront pool deck with private cabanas. Of course, the best amenity of all is the white sand beach of the Atlantic Ocean, both of which are right at your feet.

Why not wander up that beach or the accompanying beach walk promenade, which stretches for miles in both directions, to the world-famous Fontainebleau Hotel and its wide array of dining and nightlife options. Not to mention celebrity spotting. Or have a romantic meal just down the beach walk at Gitano, at the Casa Faena Hotel.
